Ippudo Shiromaru Ramen Noodles Hot Bean Sprout Sauce Set 4 servings 300ml sauce is a set product of Hakata Ippudo's signature tonkotsu ramen "Shiromaru" made with "ramugi", a limited production brand of wheat developed by Fukuoka Prefecture for ramen. The set includes 4 servings (approx. 75g per serving) of chewy and crisp straight dried noodles made with ramugi, 4 packets of silky and mellow tonkotsu soup (approx. 41g per packet), and 1 bottle of 300ml of "Hot Bean Sprout Sauce", a hidden popular menu item of Ippudo. This hot bean sprout sauce can be easily used to recreate Ippudo's mustard bean sprouts by simply pouring it over lightly boiled bean sprouts, and it has a moderately spicy flavor that can also be used as a seasoning for cold shabu-shabu, hiyayakko, and fried chicken.
