My favorite konjac noodles because they are soft like real noodles yet slightly chewy. I rinse and boil them for 2 or 3 min, then put them in everything. Here I put them with ginger, garlic, Chinese sausage, napa cabbage and black bean sauce. It's such a delicious way to watch my calories.
