A new crop of gourmet vinegars has arrived and become hot ingredients in the kitchen.  It offers new flavors and health benefits such as antioxidant properties recognized since 400 B.C.  Kim’C Market selected three tasty fruit vinegars that you can use for salad, drink, and home cooking.  All of the fruits and natural honey used are from Jeju Island, famous for its clean environment.  They are a product of traditional fermentation methods.

Many and easy use cases.  You can simply replace regular vinegar you have in your pantry with any of these three.  At a 9 to 1 ratio of water or sparkling water to fruit vinegar, you can create your own healthy drink.  This is also an excellent salad dressing that pleases your palate.   

Hallabong Vinegar: Hallabong, a seedless variety of mandarin, and Jeju honey gives you a delightful sweetness.  No added sugar.  Sparkling water with this means a healthy, one-of-a-kind drink.  

Green Tangerine Vinegar: With green tangerine, you would taste more acidulous than sweetness.  This is Jeju’s response to balsamic vinegar.  This is also good for unique cocktails. 

Tangerine Balsamic: Jeju tangerine and yeast only.  Fermented.  This is thick, less acidic, sweeter than balsamic vinegar.  A beautiful pair for yogurt, salad dressing, and cool drinks in summer.
