Jenny, a Chinese-American, founded the "Jenny Cookies Jenny Bakery" bear biscuits in Hong Kong. Making cookies was just a hobby for Jenny. In 2005, she unintentionally opened a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong. The store was named after Jenny, "Jenny Bakery" in English and translated as "Jenny Cookies" in Chinese. Jenny likes to collect teddy bears, so the jar is specially designed with a bear pattern, also known as "Smart Bear Biscuits".
