Brand Story:
Jenny, a Chinese-American, founded the ""Jenny Bakery"" bear biscuits in Hong Kong. Making cookies was a hobby for Jenny. In 2005, she stumbled upon a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong. The shop is named after her: ""Jenny Bakery"" in English, and ""Jenny Cookies"" in Chinese. Jenny loves collecting teddy bears, so the jar features a bear design, nicknamed ""Smart Bear Cookies."" In the early days of the shop, Jenny personally delivered every Wednesday. Smart Bear Biscuits had zero publicity, relying on word-of-mouth to grow their popularity. Ten years later, they remain a classic, a box is hard to come by, and long lines are common, a unique sight in Hong Kong.
