Brand Story:
Jenny, a Chinese-American, founded the "Jenny Bakery" bear biscuits in Hong Kong. Making cookies was just a hobby for Jenny. In 2005, she stumbled upon a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong. The shop is named after her: "Jenny Bakery" in English and "Jenny Cookies" in Chinese. Jenny loves collecting teddy bears, so she created a jar featuring a bear design, nicknamed "Smart Bear Biscuits." In the early days of the shop, Jenny personally delivered the biscuits every Wednesday. Smart Bear Biscuits had no advertising, but grew in popularity through word of mouth. Ten years later, they remain a classic, a hard-to-get box, and long lines are common, a unique sight in Hong Kong.
