*Instructions for eating bird’s nest:
-Step 1: Soak the bird's nest in 5 times the amount of water for 30 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the type of bird's nest), let the bird's nest fully swell, and then drain the water.
-Step 2: Take a ceramic bowl and steam rock sugar, red dates (removed seeds) and water respectively (use appropriate amounts of rock sugar and red dates according to each person's sweetness and taste). Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
-Step 3: Take out the drained bird's nest, put it into the boiled rock sugar water in step 2, cover it and continue steaming for 20-30 minutes. Eat after cooling.
