This fish curd is too mushy for me. Tossed them in hot pot for a couple minutes and the skin already becomes soggy. It feels like you’re eating a piece of mushy dough with a hint of fish. Definitely not for me.

As a Cantonese I honestly say it’s so good.

Love this fried fish tofu, absorb all the soup and little chewy texture.

Really good fish curd. Always repurchase to put in instant noodle. The texture is like a spongy fish ball.

this fish tofu is not as good as I expected so I won't buy it again.
