Hakudai Foods' expertly prepared filleted horse mackerel has been made into a seasoning for rice. It can be easily shredded with a rice paddle. It's incredibly easy to prepare. Anyone can achieve restaurant-quality results.

 


Kappo Tateyoshi's "Shredded Horse Mackerel Rice Base (for 2 cups)" is a seasoned rice base made with a whole, traditionally Izu-produced filleted horse mackerel. Cooked in the gentle dashi broth unique to Kappo cuisine, the horse mackerel's umami and aroma permeates the rice. The bones and head are cooked until tender, allowing you to shred the fish with a rice paddle and enjoy the delicious bones and all. A satisfying dish, both visually and taste-wise, this easy-to-make, authentic dish offers a delicious and satisfying experience. It contains one fillet and 350ml of dashi broth. It has a shelf life of approximately 150 days and can be stored at room temperature.
