Has helped a lot with cramps. Was surprised that it was still hot after waking up.

The size is not too big or too small, good for putting on the stomach or back. I use body warmers all year round, so I am glad there are so many in the package.

I love this product. The heat is not burning hot, but very warm, consistent and lasts long. It's great for cramps and muscle pain.

I purchased at least 25 packages of this Kokubo Instawarm from Weee for my family and friends since I heard about them. I leave at least one package (of 10 pads) in my car during the cold months just in case. We had been through a cold winter without electricity and heater for almost 3 days and the temperature inside my house during those days was in the low 30's. I wish if I knew about this Instanwarm back then 😭😭.

My sister recommended this to me. I tried this in lieu of a reusable heat pack and it works great as a substitute. I can't tell you if it actually lasts 12 hours as it claims on the pack, because I haven't used one for that long, but it stays warm longer than the reusable ones for sure. The heat it emits is just right and consistent for my use. Highly recommended.
