Very light brown color, herbal smell and taste. Did not like. I like a more dark and sour black vinegar.

I finally bought black vinegar, and it’s so much better for Asian sauces, rather than using apple vinegar. It smells a lot like A1 steak sauce! I love this and will keep buying and use it.

We just love black vinegar !
It’s a must have for us. We use it pretty much on everything 😂 dumpling dipping , add to soup , noodles, making cucumber salads 🥗 great flavors
