Kurakon Shio Konbu Small (21g) is made with Hokkaido kelp, slowly simmered in honjozo soy sauce, then thinly sliced to blend easily with rice, vegetables, and other ingredients. It has an exquisite balance of umami, saltiness, and sweetness, and is moderately seasoned while bringing out the kelp's natural flavor.
