Made primarily with ingredients from Japan, this dish contains chopped plums that have a delightful texture. The soy sauce is also made with domestically sourced ingredients, the plum pulp is from Wakayama Prefecture, and the chopped plums are also domestically produced, making this a product that is characterized by the use of carefully selected ingredients. Flavors of bonito flakes and shiso have also been added. This "Plum Nametake" has a plum pulp-based flavor, with domestically produced chopped plums added to enhance the ingredient feel.
