made veg fried rice. recipe for 1 person: - few bok choys - veg lobster x2 - ginger - pounded - small green chilies ×3 pounded - mushroom powder 1/2 tsp - rice for 1 serving - salt as needed - 2 tbsp oil heat wok, add oil, toss pounded ginger and chilies. stir and toss in chopped veg lobster, fry till slightly brown, toss in bok choy, stir, add salt and mushroom powder, stir till everything well combined. serve.

Great texture- not overly fishy

Fried until crispy on the outside, especially the tail, tastes very similar to real lobster. Dipped in soy sauce, very delicious.

The vegetarian lobster is a new product, made from bean curd skin. The color in the photo is pretty good, but I haven’t tried it yet. I don’t know how it tastes, but it’s dyed too red, which is not good.
