We were so pleasantly surprised! They cooked perfectly in the air fryer. The wrap was light and crispy and the filling was warmed nicely … good ratio of wrapper and filling too! We’ve never tried taro in egg rolls but it really was super subtle, tasted like it was just pork filling. It produces its own oil so you’ll need to have the paper towel handy to tap some excess off but the roll itself isn’t oil when you eat it.
