Ingredients:- Water, Butternut Squash, Coconut Cream (Extracted Cococnut Water), Pumpkin, Onion, Safflower oil, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Tapioca Flour, Brown Mustard Seed, Turmeric, Cumin Seed, Curry Leaves, Fennel, Coriander adn Cayenne.

Heat Instruction:- Shake well before opening. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days.
