About Ramen:

Made exclusively with 100% Japanese-branded chicken, this soup is prepared in large quantities using meaty chicken frames and whole chickens, simmered for hours with pure water only. The broth fully extracts the rich umami of chicken, delivering a deeply flavorful yet clean and light finish. Enhanced with an original "salt seasoning" blend of mineral-rich natural salt, seafood, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms, its mellow taste boasts subtle complexity. The creamy, potage-like broth remains satisfying until the very last sip, offering the same enjoyment as a traditional mizutaki hot pot—never cloying, always delicious.

[How to cook]
1.Boil 450ml of water in a pot.
2.Add the noodles and boil for 2 minutes 30 seconds over medium heat.
3.Turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well.
4.Move the noodles and soup to a bowl and add toppings as you like.
