Tastes very good! I bought this to try and make miso soup for the first time and the flavor is very good! I got the white miso as it’s not as strong and it’s perfect!

Looking forward to making miso soups! Used other miso paste before, but found out this type is the best smooth paste.

This miso brand is a household staple. Its one of the best tasting brands out of a few we have tried. We use it to make soups and marinade for chilean sea bass and black cod.

I got it for a stock since it's on sale, even though I'm still using the one from previously purchased. This Miso is very mild and much less salty
