Momoya's "Cubed Seaweed Sesame Chili Oil Flavor [Nori Tsukudani]" is a new textured seaweed tsukudani made by cutting Japanese blackboard seaweed into squares and finishing it with a chewy texture using Momoya's unique patented "rose boiling method" (Patent No. 3878022). The sesame and sesame oil are deep-fried with a rich flavor, and the flavor of chili pepper and garlic is moderately effective to create a rich and deep "sesame chili oil flavor". It is also characterized by a light finish, achieved by reducing the oil content by about 35% compared to conventional products and changing the seasoning from liquid to powder.
