We use specially selected Taiwanese top-quality hemp bamboo. Fermented with lactic acid bacteria and dried in the sun to soften the fibers and bring out the concentrated umami and flavor. Finished with a fragrant finish with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Momoya's "Momoya's Seasoned Menma 100g [Bottled]" is a full-fledged seasoned menma made by carefully selecting only the soft parts of Taiwanese bamboo shoots and condensing the flavor through processes such as lactic acid fermentation, maturation, and sun drying. The bamboo shoots used as raw materials grow in an area called "Miyama" at an altitude of over 400m, and because they are not exposed to unnecessary sunlight, their fibers are soft and they have a crisp texture. All hard parts of the bamboo shoots, such as the nodes, are removed and only the soft parts are used. For seasoning, Momoya's unique recipe is used, with the aroma of soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil, making it perfect as a ramen ingredient, as well as a side dish for rice or as a snack. Because it is bottled, it has a high preservation property and you can easily enjoy the authentic taste.
