Breaded Capelin 1.5lb

Broil Suggestion:

1. Preheat oven to broil
2. Line single layer of Breaded Capelin on a baking sheet
3. Broil for 7-8 minutes. FlipBread Capelin over and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes
4. Let rest for 2 minutes on a paper towel after removing from oven

Deep Fry Suggestion:

1. Use a deep fryer a large, deep, straight sided pot. Fill with enough oil to completely submerge each pieces, but do not fill the pot more than halfway (for safety).
2. Preheat oil to 375F
3. Submerge frozen Breaded Capelin into hot oil. Do not crowd the pot. Keep pieces separated for nice even browning.
4.Cook for 5 minutes
5. Drain on rack or paper towel.
