They are rich and plump oysters. Eating it with Momiji Oroshi and Ponzu. It is so convenient that already cooked and ready to eat. Big bag and reasonable. I'd definitely buy it again.

Description

Oceankist Cooked Oyster Meat

Oyster generally found in the shallow waters of the west coast, it is the most important farmed shellfish in Taiwan. These small oysters, low in fat and cholesterol, are the lifeblood of Taiwan's aquaculture industry and an important source of income for fishing villages. Oysters have high nutritional value, some people call it "the milk of the ocean", and the Japanese call it "the brown rice of the ocean".

There are many ways to eat oysters. Ginger oyster soup is the easiest dish. It can also be made into oyster fried, oyster noodles,  fried oysters and other snacks.

Taiwan's famous oysters are sold mainly in major night markets, and stalls selling oysters can be found in almost every Taiwanese night market.

The method is to first heat the oil in a frying pan, add the oysters, stirred eggs, vegetables (such as chrysanthemum, spinach, Taiwan lettuce, cabbage, spinach, bean sprouts, nine-story tower, etc.), and then pour the edible starch water. , when the oysters are cooked, they can be eaten after being drizzled with special sauce, which is easy to make and delicious.

Oyster fried in Hong Kong and Guangdong, China (called oyster cake in Hong Kong), only uses duck eggs, edible starch and oysters.
