It was a good deal. Texture is popping crisp texture. Great for a topping to add a fancy accent. Flavor is lite brine flavor. Not fishy.

I meant to buy the orange tobiko, but realized I ordered the black one, but it ended up still being a beautiful topping and texture for our Chirashizushi.

Great garnish for sushi!
