I absolutely love these precut frozen taro pieces!!! Personally I don't feel like the taste and texture are affected by the freezing; and it's so convenient because I don't have to peel and prepare them like fresh taros. The 1lb package size is also perfect for what I need. Just use 1 or 2 or 3 bags. When I bought fresh ones, I'd usually end up with leftovers anyway. I hope Weee doesn't ever stop selling them!
