Description

Organic Sprouted Sesame Oil is produced using organic sesame seeds from India, which are germinated and then roasted at a low temperature before going through a single oil extraction.

The sprouting involved is Chung-O’s patented process, ensuring that the grains are germinated under the optimal temperature and moisture to increase their nutritional value.  The seeds are washed more than 3 times during this process, leaving them super clean for the oil extraction.

The germinated sesame seeds are slow-roasted at a low temperature, so they don’t leave a burnt aftertaste, along with not having to worry about harmful substances that may be released during high-temperature roasting.

Moreover, because the oil is extracted once, the nutty flavor and taste of the organic sprouted sesame seeds are intact.  Use the savory oil on dishes such as bibimbap, soups, steamed vegetables, and namul muchim (seasoned vegetables) for a far more enjoyable dinner table.

청오건강의 ‘유기농 발아 참기름’은 인도에서 자란 유기농 참깨를 발아시킨 후 저온에서 볶아 단 한번만 착유하여 완성한다고 해요.

특히 발아 공정은 청오만의 특허 받은 공정으로 최적의 수분과 온도에서 곡식의 싹을 틔움으로써 영양을 더 풍부하게 만들어요. 곡물별 특성에 맞춰 싹을 틔우는 과정 중 3회 이상 씻기 때문에 발아 곡물은 별도의 세척이 필요 없을 만큼 깨끗하며 다양하고 풍성한 영양을 선사합니다.
