I always purchase Chunky Ox & Palm Corned Beef when it’s on sale. This is a good emergency protein. Like it says, it’s chunky, juicy and delicious. There is some fat in there, I refrigerate it before opening…then remove the fat. Here it prepared with onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro , green onions and fresh oregano…then incorporate into spaghetti. Corned beef adds lots of flavor to this dish. Give it a try. Ox & Palm is one of the better brands of Corned Beef. I highly recommend it. Waiting for another sale to stock up. 👍👍👍👍😋😋😋😋

I would like to ask for a refund because I received a corned beef with 2 dents. The bigger dent is near the seam of the can and I don’t Anna risk having botulism by eating it
