About the Product
This is a cup noodle reproduction of "Tsubame-Sanjo-Kei Ramen," a local ramen of Niigata Prefecture.
The soup is based on Niigata Prefecture's local dark soy sauce, with a rich flavor achieved through the addition of simmered dried sardines. The soup is finished with a generous amount of back fat, recreating the rich back fat soy sauce broth of a ramen restaurant.
The noodles are non-fried and boast a slippery, sticky texture like fresh noodles.
The sweetness of the back fat and the delicious flavor of the dried broth match each other perfectly, creating a dish that is so rich, you will want to drink it all up.
