Rich, moist, and cut in big pieces. It is neither too sweet or bitter, perfectly balanced. A nice dessert to have for tea time and to introduce towards visiting guests. It pairs well with the Itoen Matcha Green Tea. If you like pound cake and matcha flavoring, then this cake is for you.
