First impression: 5/5; the dumplings were perfectly sealed. No dumplings were stuck together. They are HUGE. I would say 2 regular size dumplings in 1.
Preparation: 5/5; easy. I steamed then crisped the bottom of the dumplings.
Taste: 3/5; the crispiness on the bottom gave it some texture. But the dumpling filling itself was SO SPICY. I love eating spicy food. But these were excruciatingly spicy. I didn’t enjoy them like I thought I would’ve since I love spicy food.

I love this brand for their 2x spicy chicken noodles. However, this was a little let down. First, I did not pay attention that it’s Vegan so that’s my fault. That’s why I gave it only 3 stars. If I was a vegetarian or vegan, I would probably give it 4 stars. Warning: it is spicy which I like, but it’s missing the flavor that their noodles has. Overall: good not great

Pretty much exactly what it sounds like - Buldak noodles in dumpling form. Skin is thin and crisps up easily when pan-fried. My husband says it seems less spicy than the noodles because the skin isn’t spicy, but the spice level seems comparable to me.
