How to Prepare:

• Stir-Fried Namuls: Simply remove the sleeve and microwave on high for 2 minutes with the film on.  No need to thaw beforehand. SKYFARM’s Premium Ready-To-Eat set is designed to be cooked from a frozen state.

Ingredients:    

• Stir-Fried Thistle Namul (Gondre Namul): Thistle, Stir-fry sauce (purified water, soy sauce, taste base (dashi liquid base (anchovy extract), wheat), garlic, perilla seed powder, mixture (polyglycerol syrup, oligosaccharide), green onion, roasted sesame seed powder, salt, modified syrup, xanthan gum, anchovy powder, 5'-ribonucleotide disodium, canola oil, anchovy stock, perilla oil, Yondu light, roasted sesame seeds   

Please put them in the freezer immediately upon receipt and keep them frozen until ready to consume.  Please note that it is natural to be slightly thawed while in transit. It is ok to refreeze and consume later.
