Salmon Soba Set 237 克

Was curious about it so wanted to try it. Not bad. Would order when on sale. Good source for protein and I added eggs for more protein. I think it would be good with soba noodles as well. Slight inconsistency, I ordered 2 so one bag had one packet of wasabi and the other one had 2.

Had this with soba or cold noodles! Salmon has to be refrigerated right away (goes bad quickly)

The flavor was good but the “noodles” definitely didn’t look like the picture. Looked more like thin off-cuts. I also wish there were directions on how to prepare it. Because after I defrosted it I realized I should have left the topping in the freezer until i was about 30 minutes from serving.

It is soooo goood. I didnt know what to expect bc I’ve never try salmon noodle?! And the broth and salmon noodle are good together. Onions, pepper, wasabi are all included! I just added lemon slice that i already had. But the package has a lemon slice as well

I added more vegetables and it looked and tasted just like something you'd get at a restaurant.

This salmon noodle has a unique delicious taste! It's got soft and rich texture. Very easy to prep with easy mix of all ingredients, which wasn't even taking more than 2 mins! Enjoy this!
