Sea Star Dried Kaeri Anchovy 6 oz

Shared it cooked with black fermented beans and co-workers who are not used to it loved it!! Bought a bag for one of them! Now just stir fried with veggies and lots of garlic.

Very fresh and dry. Maybe a little pricy, but definitely top quality.

The quality is good. It won't be too salty if you soak it in water first. It's very useful for cooking miso soup.
