Seasweed Pork Floss Mini Cake

The first time I bought pork floss, I felt that it was not special, and there was no mochi in it. Because it was frozen, the pork floss was relatively wet, and fresh pork floss might taste better.

The filling has much less cream than what I bought in the store before. It tastes too dry and salty. It's not delicious. I won't buy it again.

I gave it one star less because the filling didn't have enough cream, which affected the richness of the taste. Also, if you add a layer of mochi, the taste will be more perfect. Overall, it's delicious. I hope the boss can consider putting mochi in it.
