It’s a little too sweet for my taste.

As suggested by one of the other reviewers, I used the ingredients (without the sauce) to make a hot and sour soup, and it was quite good. The pork strips were very tender. At <$8, the price was very reasonable. I forgot to take a picture until just now, so second photo only shows the leftover soup. :)

Way too sweet unfortunately, if the sauce was fixed it would be better, but could not add anything to make it taste better…

Cooking Method:

1. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat until the oil temperature is 50% hot;

2. Add bean paste, stir fry until fragrant;

3. Add the scallion, shredded pork and other ingredients and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

4. Add the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute;

5. Out of the pot and on the plate.
