The online picture is misleading! Very small portion. So very expensive for about $12 plus tax. Bought two and maybe just enough for my son. Delivered after dinner time so will try sometime tomorrow. Hope they are good. For the price and the portion less likely to repurchase. Also this food prepared at houston, we are at north dallas so not sure it’s daily freshly. No packing date and time.

I really like this taste. It will taste better if heated until it is translucent

It is different from the pictures sold. The small portion cannot be called a large portion.

The packaging is complete, the portion size is okay, and the seasoning is okay, but why is the texture of this jelly so crunchy? It is different from the jelly I have eaten. I don’t like it, have no desire to continue eating, and will not repurchase.

Description

Silky, bouncy pea starch jelly noodles served cold and dressed with a bold sauce of chili oil, garlic, Sichuan pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce. Refreshing, tangy, and spicy—an iconic Sichuan appetizer, especially great for warm days.

Reheating Instructions:
Best served cold. If slightly warm is desired:

Microwave: Heat on low for 20–30 seconds only

Avoid steaming or pan-heating, which will ruin texture and flavor balance

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy as a starter or pair with rice to offset heavier dishes

Excellent with other Sichuan cold plates like spicy chicken or beef slices

Pair with herbal tea or plum juice to cool the heat
