Texture is awesome. Goes well with all kinds of proteins or vegetables. Noodle soup doable.

I like that these thin noodles are ready to eat after boiling for a few minutes. Each package contains 18 clusters of individual servings. After opening, you need to store in a container to keep it fresh. There’s usually some breakage upon arrival.

It's really affordable! But I found out that lots of noodles are broken down.
