Spicy Braised Beef Tripe

Soooo good! Crunchy and a good amount of spice. I added a little soy sauce for taste

Pretty tasty. A bit spicy.

Packaging was a lot smaller than I expected, but there was a decent amount of tripe inside. Tripe tasted ok, but definitely could have used more seasoning. I dressed it up with some chili oil, and it helped.

Tastes good. Wish there’s more!
