I was able to use this item to make a snow fungus collagen for dessert. It was great! I used the whole box of agar with the white snow fungus.

great quality and amount for the price! the bag is small but packed to the brim with longan! if it's your first time using them for tea don't be discouraged by the slight beef jerky smell it goes away and tastes great!
