Q:Why does the water still boil after turning off the electric health cup?
A:This product adopts a constant-temperature slow-cooking design. After power off, the base and inner container will retain residual heat, so the water temperature will not drop immediately. The water may continue to boil briefly due to residual heat. This is a normal physical phenomenon, consistent with the residual heat principle of electric stew pots and health pots. It is not a quality issue. Unlike instant-heating devices, it cannot stop boiling immediately after shutdown. Please rest assured.
