Sent it to my mother. The delivery was a bit bad. The courier threw the package directly at my door. I heard a bang. The product has some minor flaws and dirt. I hope there will be no problems after using it.

The picture shows the product I used before, so I ordered it, but the product I actually received was completely different. Don't be fooled. If the product is sold out, you should change the picture to match or stop selling it. This is a renewed product, but it didn't fit me, so I bought the old one right away. I requested a refund, and they said they would take it, so I did as they said, and waited all day, but they never took it. Please take note before ordering. Completely Different Product and Horrible Service. I ordered this product because the description and photos matched something I used before. However, the product I received was completely different from what was advertised. This alone was disappointing, but the return process made it even worse. Despite scheduling a pick-up for the return, no one showed up on the agreed date, and I received no communication or updates. I followed all their instructions, prepared the package as directed, and waited the entire day for nothing. This clearly has no regard for its customers’ time or trust. Not only did they sell a misleading product, but their handling of the return process was unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.
