Was very impressed with the quality of the noodles. They are actually in raw form! Cooked up beautifully and the flavor was not too spicy. Quite enjoyable. It was my bad that I didn’t notice it was a single serving but it was quite a large single serving and if you were to add a protein and/or vegetables it would easily be a complete meal for 1.
