I’ve ordered this many times and was very happy. This order wasn’t made well, it is spongy with many small air pockets like it was previously frozen and then thawed .

Good portion for the price. The sugar syrup spilled when delivering, but it still has enough for the tofu. It will be better if it’s ginger sugar syrup. Will purchase again.
