【Usage】

Seasoning: Suitable for stir-frying, mixing, dipping, grilling, and braising various dishes.

Dipping Sauce: Use it as a dipping sauce for hot pot.

【Recipe | Satay Skewers】

Ingredients: Zucchini slices 50g, Onion slices 50g, Red bell pepper slices 25g, Yellow bell pepper slices 25g, Noodle sausage 30g, Pineapple slices 30g

Grilling Sauce: Shacha Sauce 1 tbsp, Soy sauce 1/2 tsp, Minced ginger 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

Mix the grilling sauce ingredients and set aside.

Wash the fresh vegetables and thread them onto skewers.

Place them in a preheated oven, bake at 180°C/356°F(top and bottom heat) for about 3 minutes, remove, brush with grilling sauce, then return to the oven and continue baking for another 3 minutes. Brush with more grilling sauce until nicely colored.
