Tomatillos

Also known as the Mexican Husk Tomato, tomatillos literally translate to "little tomatoes." Don't be fooled. Bright green and covered in a husk, they're not tomatoes, and are great for more than salsa. Salads, grilled, or thrown into chilis, this little guy and his bright flavor is anything but little.
