[How to cook]
The cooking time for the noodles and the soup concentration are guidelines; feel free to adjust according to your preference.
1.Bring 550cc of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes. (After 3-4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.)
2.Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the soup, and stir well. You can also top it with boiled eggs, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), chashu (braised pork), bean sprouts, and enjoy!
