Crafted around the Japanese culinary concept of ggomokuh, in which many ingredients are combined to create a balanced meal full of flavor, this colorful furikake seasoning features five staple vegetables in Japanese cuisine. Carefully selected umami-rich shiitake mushrooms and sweet dried carrots are combined with earthy burdock root and savory kanpyo (thin shavings of dried gourd).
