a very delightful chewy dough with rich coffee filling with bitterness. honestly i drink coffee black or as shots and enjoy it. i think this filling is as bitter in case any sweet tooth is wondering. there’s sweetness but the coffee really dilutes it. it is a nice snack alone but seem to be interested to look for a pair rather alone. it is coffee flavored so it’s very versatile to pair w many ice cream flavors or even simple honey dips. up to you. i like it alone w a cup of strong tea. 🥰

These pancakes are delicious, but I can’t really taste the coffee. Just pop them in the microwave for a minute to warm them up. They’d go great with a cup of coffee or tea.
