it was excellent. Puffed up nicely in the oven. The seam is already there, so no need to cut open. I used it to stuff thinly sliced beef and fresh cilantro for a nice sandwich.

It’s a wonderful breakfast sandwich. After you bake it in the oven at 485 degrees for exactly 7 minutes. The bread will pop opened. And when you bite into it , it’s so crispy that some of the sesame seeds will fall off. I stuff inside with Chinese charros and drink some soy milk. It’s great!
