It’s enough to make a small serving. Not enough for a family of 4. The amount is very small.

I was missing Hong Kong style soup. It was my second try making Chinese herbal soup. Some advices for beginner like me. 1) pre soak your herbs before dumping them into the soup. 2) cook your meat of choice until it’s tender before putting in herb to avoid soggy herbs 3) portions is probably about for 2-3 people 4) a dash of salt and sugar to adjust to your liking

Very high quality herbal soup! It was delicious. Wish the pricing is a bit lower but it’s worth it once a week.
