• Rinse: Quick rinse with boiling water once, discard within 5 seconds
• Water temperature: 100°C boiling water
• Infusion time:
• First 3 infusions: 5–10 seconds
• Later infusions: extend 5–10 seconds each time

• Brewability: Over 10 infusions, getting sweeter and smoother
