The 2009 Jingmai Ancient Tree Raw Pu'er Tea is produced from the ancient tea gardens of Jingmai Mountain in Yunnan. After more than ten years of aging, it has become a pleasantly mellow aged raw Pu'er tea.
Aroma: Dominated by orchid fragrance, honey aroma and aged aroma, elegant and long-lasting, featuring the iconic "high fragrance" of Jingmai tea.
Taste: Mild bitterness and astringency, smooth and soft in the mouth, obvious sweetness and body fluid production, with a full-bodied texture.
Nature: Changed from fresh and crisp to mild and gentle, non-irritating to the stomach for daily drinking.

II. Simple Brewing Method (Home & Office)
Tea amount: About 7g (1/3 of a Gaiwan)
Rinse: Quick rinse with boiling water once, discard within 5 seconds
Water temperature: 100°C boiling water
Infusion time:
First 3 infusions: 5–10 seconds
Later infusions: extend 5–10 seconds each time
Brewability: Over 10 infusions, getting sweeter and smoother
